The information you provide: Every time you login to the Chat rooms, our servers log an entry that includes date and time, your IP address, your guest or registered nickname, client platform, client software version, device model, and serial numbers. We use this information for analytical purposes in aggregated form.
Public channels: When you login to a public chat room, your nickname is visible to other users connected to the same room. Only Administrators can see your IP Address and know your country based on it.
Our app requires access to your device's microphone to enable real-time voice chat features. We do not record, store, or keep track of your voice, video, or text communication. The audio data is only transmitted in real-time during your active sessions and is never saved on our servers.
If you wish to delete your account or any data associated with it, you can request data deletion by contacting us at our support email provided below. We will process your request and remove your data from our active databases.
Services may disclose personally identifiable information when it's required to comply with law enforcement requests or subpoenas, or when you violate the Terms of Service.
